I was born in Newport, Monmouthshire, in South Wales.

I have lived in Austin, Texas, since September 1991.

In addition to taking photographs, I design web sites, teach yoga and sometimes write magazine articles.

I used to be a drummer and played with, among others, The Glaxo Babies [Bristol, late 70’s], Maximum Joy [Bristol/London, early 80’s], the Palace of Light [London, 80’s], Eleanor Plunge [Austin, 90’s], Jean Caffeine [Austin, 90’s], and the Gourds [Austin, 90’s].
